Yo guys. Another update. This one's about CHURCH CAMP<3>
Camp 7lbs!
The theme was about caring. Had so much fun. I shall tell you about the interesting stuff. I slept for a maximum of 4 hours on night one and two, and about 2 hours on night three. Okay, lets get things started.
My group: Sarsi. Its quite ironic. I'm allergic to Sarsi. My group consisted of:
Blossom, Russ, Girven(I think that's how its spelled), Colin, Nicole, Gabriel, Vincent, Marcus, Terry and me. Marcus came on the night of the second day, Nicole and Gabriel left at the same time.
Amazing Race-Day One
Okay. So on this was on the first day. The first clue was big father shakes mouth fortune. Makes no sense right? Well when you translate it to chinese, its Toa Payoh Kou Fu, which is the food court. That was the first stop.
Then we had to go to the next one which was the largest wheel in asia. Hahaha. Someone thought it was the biggest WHALE in asia. We took the mrt to the flyer. We had to take a picture of us with the flyer. Really hard.
Then the next clue was four chopsticks, two dead. Something like that. The civilian war memorial. It looks kinda like chopsticks. We had to take a picture of us as if we were in a war. so the girls were the bad guys and the boys were like prisoners.
Hahaha. Okay. Then it was to the skate park at somerset. The clue said something like where the wheels touch the ground and people don't fall. We had to pretend we were professional skateboarders. WE borrowed some random guy's board.
Okay. Then the next clue was Chinatown. Something about where the bulls roam or something. It had something about cows. Then we had to take a picture eating a chinese reunion dessert. The Tong Yuan. So we had to go and look.
This is a nice pic to see who my members are. From the left-Girven (Super smart, 279 for PSLE. He's going to RI). The person below the toast is Vincent. Below him is Gabriel. In front of Gabriel is Colin. The girl squatting down is Blossom. Russ is holding the bowl. I'm next to him and the girl next to me is Nicole. The only people that aren't here are Terry and Marcus. I'll show them to you later.
The next clue was one man eats his fill...I didn't hear the rest cause Russ figured out the clue already. One Fullerton. We had to take a picture with the merlion. Although you can't really see it, its really small in the background. We tried to pretend we were spitting or something like that
The next clue was where fruit trees used to grow, where skirts are now high and necklines are low. Our first thought-Geylang. HAHAHA. This later became a joke. I think cause Emily (the person we call for the clue) heard Russ say "You guys are sick. Its Geylang." Something like that. But it was Orchard Road. I only got it later. Cause fruit trees grow in orchards. Smart huh? We didn't go there in the end cause it was too late. And we didn't run into the roadblock too. We reached back first cause we cabbed back. But apparently we weren't allowed to cab. So then we got to shower first. Ohh this picture is awesome man.
Uhh Gabriel is Edward, Colin is Jacob and Blossom is Bella.
Marina Barrage-Day Two
First was some game where we had to find 5 people as well as perform a tasks. And an extra detour. The detour was to do the visa dance under the water and walk through it after that. I forgot I left my phone in my pocket so it stopped working for a while. After that we had the mascot design competition.

Night Games-Day Two
Night games was dirty. First game was called dizzy. You're supposed to spin around like 5 times clockwise, five times anti-clockwise linking arms with your group members. Then you run to a plate of flour, unlock yourselves from each other then find and separate the green beans and red beans. The next game was land mines. You have to jump from plate to plate in an increasing order of the numbers. Didn't play this one cause we got the people who jumped far to do it. Then there was spider web. Its the string game where you have to cross to the other side through holes of the web. I went second last. Oh and you can't use the same hole, and if you touch the string, Jared will draw on your face. Luckily, only one person got drawn on. Girvin. I think it was my fault. I almost lost my grip on his foot while getting him through. Colin got a lot of flour dumped on his head. 'Gray' hair. Then slide. Its super fun. Its this sheet with soap and water. You're supposed to slide and do some stroke. Three strokes-Freestyle, Backstroke and No Hands. I had to do no hand stroke. Its toughish. Then was night walk. Really funny. Okay, that's about it. Slept at two again.
The Good Samaritan project-Day Three
We helped out Amadea. For some reason. We had to clean the walls, polish wood, clean the wine glasses and vacuum the carpet at the games room. All the pics are credited to Blossom(:
That's Marcus. Vacuuming. I'm getting lazy to post pics. Just go on facebook to check them out. We had loads of fun cleaning Amadea's house. The skit that we performed to describe what we did was hilarious.
We Should Be Dancing
Whoo. Catered from Pastamania. Really awesome. Then we had skit presentation on what we had to did during the Good Samaritan project. We helped Amadea clean her house. Really. Fun. Washing walls, polishing wood, vacuuming and cleaning glasses. I think I said this already. Hahaha. Okay. So our presentation rocked. Then there was some 'scenes of life' thing. Freaked me out, kinda. Especially when Ivan yelled. I thought my ears would die(; Hahaha.
That's about it. Nothing much left.
Flag Day
Flag Day was awesome. Got to see all the GBers again(: I had super shiny boots. Yaye! Unity Sec is huge. But I guess its perspective. I dunno. I already forgot what it looked like already.
